Hi, Had bit of problem, with my Tandem pump, last night. Battery power was 80%, decided to give it quick boost, as we keep getting power failures, regular, where I live. After approx 30mins, it alarmed, showing only 10%, with message, saying, pump cannot charge, use a different power source?
After trying various cables, power pack, etc, managed to speak to Tandem company.
Apparently, if pump is left on charge too long, after reaching 100%, it can drain/ fail. Advised to remove from power source, and thankfully after several minutes, it came back , with full power.
Posted, in case, any pump users, not aware, that this can happen. I was never told this, at pump training.

Thanks for sharing this @Miggs!

How odd @Miggs

I never had this with my tSlim, and often used to charge it at night while I slept.

Some users seem to use shower time as an opportunity for a regular quick 10 min boost?

I only found I needed to charge my tSlim about once a week though. Both the original, and replacement.
