Well done! 7.2 isn't too bad. When did you eat last?

Well done Rosie.

Well done Rosie! 🙂 7.2 isn't bad, in fact it's very good if it was taken two hours after you last ate. In order to get a better idea of what's happening it's useful to test just before eating and then one or two hours after so you can see exactly the effect of the meal on your blood sugar levels.

Have a read of Test,Review, Adjust by Alan S for a good guide to efficient testing 🙂

Well done Rosie 🙂

Well done Rosie 🙂 that sounds good to me! I aim for <5.9 before meals and <7.8 after meals, in an ideal world 😉 xx

Yay Rosie!!!! That's good

I'd be very happy with that result!

Well done 🙂
