i think my basal test from 7am is doing ok so far🙂 I haven't had any carbs since 9pm last night but I haven't managed completely food free because I was absolutely starving at 8am so had some egg mayonnaise - I want to try to keep the basal test going until 6 or 7pm. Libre is running approx 1 below finger prick - finger prick hasn't been above 6.5 and although there is some red showing on the Libre finger prick said 5.2 at the time IMG_2014.JPG
and I didn't feel hypo.

Looks good to me! 🙂

That's a good line. I find my Libre sensor reads lower than my meter at the bottom end, I'm often round about 5 when I fingerprick, when the Libre is crawling along just in the red.

Thank you Sprogladite and Robin. Well the line stayed beautiful until 4pm when my finger prick was 4.2 - I always treat at this level to avoid hypos and I've reduce the 1pm to 2pm basal as a result of the basal testing. At least I've got good enough results to take to Tuesday's clinic 🙂
