Animas strikes again.
Had a phone call from the person at my old address to say a fedex parcel had been delivered addressed to me.

I moved house 9 months ago and all orders since my move have always come here to my new home of 9 mths.
So I now have to make a 20 mile round trip to pick the ruddy thing up. 😡

Only one guess allowed as to who's going to get earache tomorrow morning 😡

I was really shocked that such a basic error has been made. Even more shocked the driver left the goods there as well esp after being told I moved 9 mths ago.

I have never to my knowledge even had a delivery to my old address except for the insulin pump when I 1st went on it.
The rep has even visited me at my new address. 🙄

Will be interesting to see if I get another delivery tomorrow at this address as well 🙂

Well I wouldn't go and get it - ring em up and ask them to send another to your proper address PDQ - and if they want the other one back, let them go and get it!

Well it def aint animas at fault thats for sure so humble pie eaten in that dept.

I goes over to my old address this morning to find the parcel from some company that I had never heard of. Contents, a load of electrical gadgets that I wouldn't even know the usage for let alone how to use them lol.

Spoke to a very helpful lady from animas this morning before departing explained what had happened, all details checked and my parcel is due to arrive here today via city link.

So pleased it isn't them at fault as normally on the ball with orders and paper work.


Serves me right for jumping to conclusions doesn't it?

No idea what it's a about have phoned the company concerned and they swear blind I ordered and pd for the stuff via the net. Have checked bank account no money missing so!
I have suggested they collect the stuff which they have refused to do as I ordered it! (I didn't) So wonder who has pd for it and is awaiting delivery lol.
They wont be getting the goods back now anyway. Interestingly my old address had a postcode area that covered something like 26 houses and about 6 square miles.
The mystery deepens. Obviously I will keep the stuff and see if anyone comes a knocking on doors for it.
