Are you asking why are they lower than you expect or higher, how long after your last meal did you test?
Looks pretty OK to me.

Maybe because alcohol lowers blood sugars?
Maybe because a curry is fatty which means the carbs are released slowly so you might just have reached your peak BG?
Maybe because you were less stressed than usual?
Maybe because you did more exercise than usual?

There are many things that affect our blood sugars.

Sounds like your metabolism has coped well, even though you had a few carbs today.

There aren’t many carbs in avocado or prawns.

Neither would 2 rashers of bacon have any.

Wholegrain bread is likely to be 15-20g of carbs per slice.

Walnuts again are pretty low carb.

Coffee, tea, (without sugar, obviously), and dry wine aren’t especially high carb either.

The Asda ‘heat it and eat it’ indian meal would have carb info on the packaging, and is likely to have been by far the largest amount of carbohydrate in your food for the day. But the high fat content of the meal can delay absorption of the carbohydrate, so your metabolism may still have been processing the food when you checked.

Are you getting mixed up between calories and carbohydrates? Lots of the things you mention are high calorie foods - avocado, bacon, nuts, wine, takeaway (they contain a lot of energy), but that doesn’t necessarily mean they all have a lot of carbohydrate in them, so they may not have raised your blood glucose as much as you expected? It’s the carbohydrate content that has the biggest impact on your glucose levels.

I had an india meal too
Had a take away indian only had 2 tablespoons of rice but had 2 bajjis a quarter of naan .and jalfezi curry

Does blood glucose levels reflect in a blood test ? For instance if blood glucose levels have gone down since diagnosis would that make blood levels go down on a blood test ?

I'm not sure exactly what you mean but the finger prick test you do before and 2 hours after meals or morning reading are a moment in time so tell you what your blood glucose is just then. In order for the difference to be reflected in your HbA1C then on average the levels on a day to day basis for the three months prior to the test need to be lower than they were for the 3 months prior to the previous HbA1C test.
Keeping your levels consistently between 4-7mmol/l and no more than 8mmol/l 2 hours post meal for the 3 moths prior to the HbA1C should result in a normal HbA1C.9

My levels used to be 9.1 10 11 one day it was 17. Now they are usually between 7.4 and 8.4 after meals. I have only had a reading of 6.2 once. So I am presuming that my HbA1 test would have lowered hopefully as it was 94 in december next test is end of february.
