Doctor shortage forces Neath Port Talbot Hospital changes

Neath Port Talbot Hospital has stopped offering emergency services because of a shortage of experienced doctors.

The limited emergency facility closed at midnight, meaning patients will now go to hospitals in Swansea or Bridgend instead.
