Thanks PS just switched over ready to tune in

Ooh, thanks for the reminder, I'd forgotten it was Monday today!

Missed it - was it any good?
Yes it was very interesting. The Doc did a load of tests and discovered the young lad ate very healthily so he dug deeper and discovered he had massive insulin resistance so his diet was changed to help him grow healthy gut bacteria which seems to have solved the problem he lost almost 2 stone in weight and his insulin resistance went back to normal levels.

He was a smashing young man who fully participated in helping himself tackle the problem he had.

Ive got this downloaded ready to watch on my way home from work later.

I've had a look and it's being repeated tonight BBC1 at 23:30, so have set it to record 🙂

Definitely worth a look. I had to watch on mute for at least half, as a older relative phoned and wanted to talk about radio aerial (I'd left a message to ask him if he had a replacement for one I broke, among his hoard of electrical components), conservation volunteering, his health problems etc.
