Do I cancel extended bolus?

I had a big tea so I've got an extended bolus on the go - still got 3.1 units left to run in over the next 1hr and 20mins.

I've just gone hypo so do I cancel the remaining 3.1 units or leave them to carry on??

How wildly guessed was the dose?

I'd be tempted to cancel treat the low and test at midnight and 2am

I'm pretty sure the dose was correct, I tend to count everything at least twice these days to make sure I've counted everything right and included everything I've eaten lol

I think I'd feel better if I cancelled....now I just need to find out HOW to cancel an extended bolus, hmmmm....

Are you on the Veo?

Press ACT twice.

Once will suspend the pump, the next will restart basal delivery.

I've had a few of those where the timing just went wonky. Very annoying, especially if the later/nighttime tests show significant rises. Cancelling does allow you a little time to take stock though.

I'm on the combo, no worries though, all stopped now 🙂

Alarms are set for midnight and 2am too 🙂

I would definately have canceled too. Then test later to correct any rise. Hope it all got sorted

Well I set set my alarms for midnight and 2am and slept through both of them and woke up with a blood of 19 😡 spent most of the hovering at around 9....
