thank you only got out of hospital yesterday so still feeling abit week ... takes it out of you .. just hoping I can get back on track and get my hba1c down

Perhaps we can help you Laura - I'd recommend writing a little introduction about yourself in the 'Newbies' section. There are lots of friendly people here with all sorts of experience, so very good for picking up useful tips and information, and just to chat with people who 'get it'! 🙂
