Dissertation research please help

Hi everyone, I am a final year Dietetic student at Leeds Beckett University, I am in the process of my dissertation and could really use your help. I am currently conducting my research on service user perspectives on education programs and support in type 2 diabetes.

I am looking to recruit people from the UK who have been diagnosed with type 2 diabetes and are over 18 years of age. It is a short survey and will not take much of your time.
