Peanut butter is good for you! Full of the right kind of fat and very low carb. The only drawback to it is that it is fairly high calorie. Don't be too hard on yourself, we all have bad days from time to time - get back on the horse tomorrow with a new motivation!
As Northerner says, we all have days when we can't say no. If you're good every day, you'll end up miserable. Just make sure you space the naughty out as much as possible !
awww... don't beat yourself up. like Steffie once told me..... draw a line under it!!! and start again today
as for the peanut butter... I love it.... but I noticed it had sugar in it.... so I hunted around and found Whole Earth Crunchy Original Peanut Butter with No Added Sugar. it is made with unblanched peanuts (97% of the contents) and no sugar or sweetners (only added ingredient is palm oil) .... and it is delicious😛 I found it in Sainsburys.... but other supermarkets might sell it. the downside is that it is ?1.98 in Sainsburys.... which is a lot more than Sunpat
carb content for 100g is 10.1g (but 100g is about a third of a jar😱) so you can have it on ryvita or multigrain toast
