I have had me eyes check by the opthalmologist this afternoon and he has discharged me back to having a yearly screening with a local optician as my rethinopthay is still there but not at the stage he needs to screen it. :D Which is good because when he first saw me he said that I was close to needing lazer surgory.

In other news the DSN has proccessed my results from the CGMs and I have to go see her in a couple of weeks hoping it might let me get a pump. But Dudley only gives them to people who can't control their diabetes on MDI.

Terrific news about the eyes Marc! I'm hoping for the same when I go to the hospital in March 🙂 And keeping fingers crossed for the pump!

Good news - must be a relief for you.

Good Luck when you see the DSN.

That's fantastic news about the eyes. I'm really pleased for you

Fab about your eyes, clearly you are doing something better than ou did previously, anyway. Well done!

Well you'll soon know then, won't you? (whether your D can be described as 'controlled' or not)

If it's like the CGM I used, in any event it's also useful to see whether the marks produced from your BG monitor tests entered into the machine, match the graph - ie how accurate your own machine is!

Marc thats super news.
Good luck with DSN
