Relationship to Diabetes
Type 2
For 2
2 chicken breasts diced
3 chillis green chopped
3 red chillies chopped
Onion chopped
Garlic clove
fresh ginger 1/2 tea spoon
onion seed mustard spoon
cumin seedmustard spoon
corriander seed half tea spoon
can of tomatoes chopped
oil

fry chillis - onion - ginger - carlic - corriander seed onion seed - for a minute
add chicken fry for a minute
add can of tomatoes cook for 10 minutes
serve with cous cous (or brown rice)


I like it tasty -- not fatty be careful with the chillies they can make a big gig difference
