Morning all, having digestion problems probably from this underactive tyroid probkrm that im still waiting for docs to sort.

Ive not idea what i xan eat for breakfast. Usually gluten free musli, greek yoghurt and blueberries. At the moment im doing the muslie and blueberries with a rasberry activia but raspberries give me terrible acid. Im on a verggies soup for lunch and chicken dinners for now. But breakfast is a right problem. Any ideas woukd be grateful ly recieved.

Ooh i could try zero% greek yoghurt.

What makes you think it is the underactive thyroid that is causing your digestive issues as other than constipation the symptoms don't mention anything.
Have you had a thyroid function test as that should indicate if you will require medication to replace the hormone you are not producing.
Why not try strawberries or have another flavour of Activia. What about eggs for breakfast, scrambled, poached, boiled.
Cheese and cooked meat or sausages with tomatoes or mushrooms.

Had two blood tests and its heading in that direction just still in the borderline zone. I cant digest fats and nuts so at the moment cheese and sausages are out. Im usually having eggs at lunch . Finding it so hard to get the calories in which i heed as im not exactly big.
