Dietitian, Nutritionist, Nutritional Therapist or Diet Expert? A comprehensive guide

Next time I am invited to see the Dietitian I will be asking her to tell me what to eat not her asking me what I eat ?

It's quite simple really: a dietician talks sense, and has formal qualifications, a nutritionist might talk sense if you're lucky, and nutritional therapists talk ******** (e.g. Gillian McKeith.). The clue is in the title- nutritional therapy is just a fancy way of saying eating healthy. I've just had my lunchtime nutritional therapy, followed by a cup of tea.
 
I hope that was a cup of nettle tea made to Gillian McKeith's recipe...not the delicious stuff you buy in shops 🙂
 
I had three tradesmen in last week - plumber, joiner and lecky. All drank tea. And not a one took sugar. Is this a record?
