Hi,

I've started working out and am looking to take a diet whey shake for breakfast and lunch and then have a well balanced meal in the evening after work. Could anyone let me know if this is ok to take with T2. The shake contains low carbs. salt and sugar. Thanks 🙂

Sorry I can’t help just wanted to give this a bump up
Could you give the nutritional details or a link to the product .
Why are you thinking of meal replacement shakes.
