when i joined here few years ago and stupidly forgot i did, i loooked on the diabetes website and it was giving out diets especially for your type of diabetes diagnosed and your weight, i lost 5 stone on this diet since talking to a friend who said 6 egg size potatoes is too much i said yes i couldnt eat the 6 i was having 4 new potatoes i am following this diet now again may i post the diet here

Depends whether it's Copyrighted to whoever published it. What 'Diabetes website' was it published on?
 
this one in 2012 jenny then they changed the website, before the change, they would say which foods to swap, how much to have per portion the page was called daily menu planner, you put in your age and weight click go and up came a daily menu, how much meat to have in a sandwich, i found it again in back of my hand bag in zip pocket, i lost 5 stones on it
