I'm still on the 800 cals a day and walking 9000 steps. I've lost 10kg.... But I've plateaued at 91kg for a week..... am I eating in my sleep? ive been doing it for 9 weeks now. 15 weeks is target to lose 15kg. and reach target of 84kg. Any suggestions folks?
 
Can you try different foods for your 800 calories, or eating more for a few days then going back down? Something that changes things up a bit could help. Or just sticking in there and waiting.
 
Stick in there and wait.
There is always a plateau as you switch the types of energy and the types of fat you are burning.
Weight loss will kick back in again.
 
losing it again now but not sure why I sat for a week on no loss!! thanks for advice.
 
Happens, wife stalled couple of times when losing 5 stone, at least its begging to shift again.

Great news that the weight has started shifting again @Mrs Mimoo 🙂 As a friend of mine said (when I was chuntering that I hadn't lost weight that week) your body doesn't know when a week is up and the weight should come off. It's just natural to plateau sometimes, but highly annoying!
 
I do wonder if I have eaten extra calories thinking about it have had coffee with milk and that may have been too much. Might swap to black decaff from now on.
 
I've stalled again at 90.5kg. any ideas please, ? this is getting annoying!!!

on plus side blood glucose is 5.7 2 hours after meals and I feel so much better than November.

Join the club, but I can blame mine on not doing the usual walking and sitting about because of my knee injury. But at least I haven't put weight on, thankfully.
 
I’m up 2 lbs today despite sticking under calories all week, sometimes it doesn’t make sense and you just have to stick to it until it does start moving the right way

Reduce calories further is only advice, at least to kick start weight loss again. Remember slow & steady wins the race.
