DiDkA volunteer emails

Hi guys.

I have the minutes for the first DiDkA Steering Group Meeting. I want to make sure everyone who is assigned to a 'team' or has otherwise volunteered gets hold of a copy. I'm missing a few people's emails though. If the following people would be willing to PM me their email so I can make sure I've got your details. Oh, and if you think I don't already have your email, and you should be on this list, I'm REALLY sorry, and it's completely accidental!
