Hi there

Having been on insulin for 3 weeks I go to the toilet immediately after my injection . Has anyone else had this?

Still learning but appreciate this forum

Silly question @granada but could it actually be the food rather than the injection causing it? I believe you said you have pancreatitis and are on Creon?

That's a very good question . I think as it happens straight after morning injection made me think it was the insulin. But you could well be right.

Yes have pancreatitis and on Creon

Thank you

If you can, I’d speak to your pancreatic team. Maybe the amount of Creon you’re taking then isn’t quite right?

Are you saying the urgent toilet visit happens before you eat breakfast but just after you inject?
Are you having a milky coffee before you inject your insulin which could be needing Creon and hence causing the diarrhoea?
