sorry to sound dumb, but what is a dafne diary???

dafne is an education course for type1s which stands for dose adjustment for normal eating. The dafne diary is just a variation on the regular paper blood glucose diary to record you test results. The dafne diary is particularly useful, very well set out and has space for how many carbs you've had, insulin taken, corrections etc
