would like to ask you all a question, a couple of days before i was diagnosed as type 2 i had a sore ear come up so i asked the gp and he said it was a bed sore and gave me some cream, well two and half yrs later i have still got this bad ear i asked my now new gp what it was and she said it was due to the diabetes, she gave me some cream to numb the pain, and said that it will get worse and when it does then i will be sent to see a consultant, i will send you a pic of my ear and see what you guys think of it, it is very painful it is red and brown and also the outter lobe is very very thick, the pain feels as tho somebody is slicing it off and it is now goin a little deformed, wondered if any of you have come accross this ever before thanks

Diabetics suffer from infection more commonly than non diabetics.Hence treating any infection promptly and thoroughly is best.Tea Tree oil may be mixed with extra virgin oil may sooth infection bring comfort.Keeping up ones immune system with anti biotics may further help.While I am no specialist on sore ears Bathing and cleansing regularly may help fight infection.Let us all know whether you have over come it soon thanks!
