I was diagnosed with type 2 last July and have been managing my sugar levels really well with diet and exercise. Just lately though (the last two weeks) I am really struggling to keep my levels below 6. In fact I've only had one reading below and I had to do two hours of Zumba to get that!
Any ideas or help?
My highest readings tend to be mid-morning and late evening (readings between 9 and 14) - but I am starting a little over seven everyday before I've even eaten anything...
