I have seen a number of adverts on Facebook for smartwatches such as the Olevs which claims to offer non-invasive glucose monitoring. They offer a wide range of functions and have been massively marked down. Reviews of their *watches* suggest that they're reputable. When I asked, they said the glucose monitoring is done by "laser technology".
Do any of these non-invasive monitors work?

No - unless by “do they work” you mean “do they make money for their sellers”. They don’t measure glucose accurately at all and just generate a random number. Waste of money and potentially dangerous.
