Yosra Aajir, 17, claims security guards mistook her for a drug addict and handed her over to the police when they found her taking her medicine in a changing room.
When she showed her prescribed medicine at the police station, she claims it was dismissed as a ?trick? used by ethnic minorities to get out of jail.
Hema has so far not apologised for the incident but said it would be investigating further and had handed over camera footage to the police.
