Well done on tackling your diabetes head-on.

Never too late and any small improvements you make will have a big difference.

Take it one day at a time, keep notes and keep asking questions 🙂

Of the two insulins you are on you will always need to take your levemir (which is supposed to keep your system ticking over) and you would need to reduce or omit your Novorapid if eating a meal with no carbs - of course that only works if your levemir is set right, but you can check that out systematically.

You should check with your Dr first, before making major changes to your insulin regime, of course 🙂
