A WOMAN was found dead in her flat with ?do not resuscitate? written on her body, an inquest heard.
Police were called to Lesley Davies? flat in Abbey Road on November 6 last year.
Friends of the 45-year-old said at the inquest into her death that she no longer wanted to live.
But Mr Ian Smith, South and East Cumbria coroner, recorded an open verdict because he could not be sure Ms Davies committed suicide.
The pathologist?s report read aloud at the hearing said the cause of Ms Davies? death was badly controlled diabetes, made worse by the use of prescription drugs.
