After her mother went into diabetic shock while driving, a quick-thinking 10-year-old saved her own and her family's lives by calling 911.
Kali Collins, of Commerce City, Colo., was with her mother, Erin, and her two sisters, running errands this past weekend. Erin, who has type 2 diabetes and is being treated with insulin, began to feel "sick, dizzy, and confused," according to a report by CBS4 Denver. But she continued to drive, even after blowing out a tire. That's when Kali used her mom's cell phone to call first her father and then 911.
