It was time yesterday for my eight monthly check up at my local hospital. I always treat these with a little trepidation as a lot can change over that length of time. However, no need to worry as every aspect seamed to have improved slightly. Better to fall a little than go up & down like a yo-yo. (IMHO). Even lost 6.5kg off my weight.
They have a smiley face chart on the wall (see pic) and I'm now down to the single green level.
I did take a copy of the "Self-Management in hospital Leaflet" but it was declined. (shame)
Next one in May. Pity I can't get the NHS app to work as I could then keep tabs on my phone.
