Diabetes UK has launched an iPhone and iPod Touch app to help users get a better idea about what might be affecting their blood glucose levels. The Diabetes UK Tracker app lets users store glucose, blood pressure and blood fat data to help recognise patterns. They can then save specific records as 'talking points' to use as reminders for healthcare appointments.
