Diabetes UK Annual Event - what do you think it should look like?

Diabetes UK is planning a national annual event for people living with diabetes. Alongside this there will be another event with activities specifically for children. Your input by filling out this survey will help make sure the event meets the needs of various people ? whether they have Type 1, Type 2, are a parent of a child with Type 1 diabetes or a family member coming along with someone who has diabetes.
