Initially, after first being diagnosed, I’d check before and after every meal and before bed, but now that I have a “list” of foods that I know I can handle, I now just test new foods and also occasionally before and after a meal, just to check that things are still okay. I’ll also check if I’m particularly hungry, to see what the reading is, out of curiosity.
For some reason, for the last week or so, I feel really hungry, even after I’ve not long had a meal.
