Diabetes tracker

Hi everyone,
I wonder if any of you would find medhelp.org useful, they have trackers where you can record and track your diabetes, it's great for when you have Dr appointments you can print it off or e mail ahead. I use it for tracking my moods in the bipolar tracker too. Worth a look. 🙂

I've just got a red folder. Right hand side holds letters for upcoming appointments and the left holds the stuff for past ones.

Works nicely enough for me. 🙂
