Hundreds of thousands of younger people with diabetes are facing severe complications and could require 'substantial' hospital care in the future, according to an NHS report.

These reports always worry me , as my poor old dad had both of these

Luckily i get great care from my diabetes team and with the help of my pump hopefully it will not come to this .
