NHS Mansfield and Ashfield Clinical Commissioning Group (CCG) is asking local people living with diabetes to help improve local foot care services.
Working in partnership with Diabetes UK, the UK?s leading diabetes charity, the CCG wants to raise awareness of the importance of patients with diabetes looking after their feet and give them the opportunity to influence the development of future foot care services locally.
