They have been taking part in daily spin, boxercise and boot camp sessions at First Choice Fitness, which also helps Premier League new-boys Cardiff City get into shape.
Rachel Lester joined the Pontyclun-based gym two years ago after being diagnosed with diabetes ? an illness which has severely affected her father?s life.

I'm sorry, but they DO still have diabetes, they are just controlling it well with diet and exercise... 🙄
