Just got the results back from Diabetes Retinopathy test and an pleased too say the that my results are satisfactory so don't need another test for 12 months.

Pleased as I was called back after 6 months after my first test so things must of improved as my BG levels have improved.

But does satisfactory mean that they are just okay or is that the terminology they use in the hospital letters ?

I'd say "satisfactory" is hospital speak for there's nothing wrong with your eyes.
When Carol received her last result, it said she had slight background retinopathy, but she doesn't need to go back for another year either.

I think you should be pleased with the result🙂

Sheilagh, good news on the eyes
