Hi Carrie Ann, I think question 4 ought to have a 'None of the above' option for people who don't have a sweet tooth 🙂

I would liked to have ticked more then one for question 3 🙂

research

carrie -ann you could include an option for those who have had the condition for less than a year

Did it.

You spelled 'regularly' wrong in the last question! I quite like the idea of testing my blood 'regally' though!

I do follow a dietary plan, but there isn't space to tell you it's approx 100g carbs a day, is all, with corresponding amounts of protein and fat (yes! - I have butter!)

I eat chocolate. However there isn't space for me to tell you that it's high cocoa solids dark chocolate, and I either eat one or maybe two, squares of it at a time. It isn't that I don't want to eat the whole bar, I'm often tempted - but then I know I will just feel sick after. (never mind what it does to my BG LOL)

Anyway I hope the survey helps you!

Sit on the throne and test then lol 😛:D

Wearing my Coronation Robes and Crown, I pictured meself.

But you'd have to learn how to juggle, wouldn't you? - you'd already have the Orb in one hand and the Sceptre in the other - it's a good job she isn't diabetic, isn't it? :D

Hi Carrie I'm type 2 and I'm a chocoholic but I was advised by some of the lovely people here to try a high cocoa solids chocolate and so I bought 85% cocoa and believe me even for a chocoholic 2 squares of that is enough!
