I have seen a couple of episodes of this, but don't remember any diabetes-related storylines - perhaps we haven't had those episodes yet, or I wasn't paying attention. The ones I have seen (on BBC2) were very good, and it's good to hear of a 'proper' diabetic character who, as you will read in the article, has good reason to appreciate how it feels to have diabetes. I think I will try to catch future episodes from now on. 🙂

I do love Nurse Jackie. I can see eye to eye with Thor alot of the time. You'd enjoy them Alan.

I like Nurse Jackie, although I remember when his diabetes was brought up - it was focused purely around what he was eating which irked me a little.
