Hi All,

I have just started some research into the way diabetes health education courses are delivered. I would be very grateful if you could spend 15 minutes completing a questionnaire about your experiences of attending (or not attending) one of the many courses that are available today. The link to the questionnaire is: http://bit.ly/UdK4Io

To find out a bit more about my research please go to my blog: http://www.strategic-planet.com/2013/02/the-marketing-of-diabetes-health-education-courses/

Many thanks in advance for your help.

done and dusted

Done, glad to be of assistance. 🙂

That was interesting! I enjoyed answering that.

......done it

Just completed, actually feel better having "given my opinion" on the lack of education available in Oxfordshire & the post code lottery of whether the XPERT (the course I needed to go on I felt, not the 4 hour workshop that ran out of time that was all that Oxfordshire do) is actually available.

the Xpert one is the one my doctor trashed. I contacted them and said my doctor is unwilling to refer me can I self refer. I got onto it and enjoyed meeting others like me.

Done it.

didn't know there were courses available on the internet - where?

Marg, I only know of the T1 course from BDEC that 'anyone' can access.

There is an internet T2 course which doctor's surgeries can fund for patients - the Warwick Diabetes Manual. (from Warwick Uni Medical School)
