A YOUNG girl with diabetes has met the Duchess of Cornwall and a Hollywood star in order to share her story of being diagnosed with the disease.
Bella Radley, seven, from Potters Bar, was at University College London Hospital in Bloomsbury last Thursday, were she met with Camilla, and actor Jeremy Irvine, who both support the Juvenile Diabetes Research Foundation.
The schoolgirl, who attends Ladbrooke JMI School, in Watkins Rise, Potters Bar, told the Duchess, who is patron of the JDRF, the story of her diagnosis with type 1 diabetes in 2008 when she was just two years old.
