I'm seeing a lot of these particularly on Facebook. Are they any good and are all the adverts just selling the same

Is there a reliable source to get these from as they do seem to contain some good info.

Many thanks

Hi @SimonV not sure what food sheets your asking about
but quite a few of us T2’s on here have got some great dietary advice & information on a healthy lower carb lifestyle, through the freshwell website

personally a few years ago, I got some great ideas from the carbs & calls book (they also have an app these days)

I don’t think there’s any need to pay money for food recommendations if you have diabetes @SimonV

Some forum folks have mentioned enjoying recipes from books they have bought (eg Caldesi), but there is so much good information freely available, including the Freshwell link above, or Diabetes UK’s “Enjoy Food” section. You’ll find a range of different meal plans to suit different approaches including Mediterranean, calorie controlled, budget-friendly, and low carb.

Not Facebook user or ever likely to be, but if someone is selling.info that is widely available for free then you just know your being ripped off.
