went for a diabetes check up yesterday pleased with the outcome diagnosed with a hba1c of 123 last september .next hba1c was 61 .yesterday it was 54 .have managed to lose 1 stone 9 lb up to now .i do have an occasional treat now & again .
 
You've done splendidly to lose the weight and get your HbA1c down @dingdong, I hope you're proud of the progress you've made!

Fab results! Huge well done from me and a gold star! Next stop prediabetic maybe, but pause for a moment and bask in the glory of your current success because you deserve it and give yourself credit for such an amazing achievement.
