Diabetes Challenge-Swim 22 for diabetes uk

Hi, I am a newbie to this site, but saw this ‘challenge’ on Facebook, and thought it’s about time I started to do something like this, and have done quite a few swims at my local pool (1.98 miles so far)
but have been logging my lengths on the Facebook forum, and have also had my first donation of £22 on my Facebook page.
Help ..........

Many thanks, finally on the right forum. I am having to have a few days rest from swimming ( I have cervical spondylitis) my neck and shoulders playing up.
