DIABETES campaigners in Moray will meet health chiefs next week to discuss the future provision of services.
With a growing number of young children in Moray with type 1 diabetes, they say a paediatric consultant at Dr Gray?s Hospital is a crucial post.
Dave Duff, chairman of the Diabetes UK Moray group, said: "The paediatric diabetes nurse does a wonderful job and staff in Aberdeen do their best but when dealing with children it is essential to have help and advice on hand locally.
