Apologies if this has been posted before, but there have been posts recently by people having problems with getting employers to understand their needs, and I just came across this while researching something else.

I think this is an admirable reference guide to present to employers. Fortunately I had no problems at work but would have found this useful if I had.

It most certainly is a great find! Could have done with giving them that at my final place of employment. Only thing not mentioned I've noted, is needing recovery time post hypo.

Yes - “should be allowed to do their prescribed aftercare” is a bit vague!
