Diabetes app could save NHS millions

A new App is being introduced to the UK which, when used effectively, could save the NHS millions of pounds. SocialDiabetes is an easy-to-use iPhone and android app which patients use to manage and help control their diabetes. Managing glycaemic levels helps prevent associated illnesses such as kidney failure, nerve damage, stroke, blindness and amputation.
