Diabetes annual check up?

Hi All, I am type 2 diabetic and was wondering if my annual check up will go ahead in July? Or should I leave it for a year?

I know a lot will depend on the restrictions being lifted etc.

I suspect that those who are stable and controlled will get a letter advising postponement, those less so - it probably depends on the different surgeries.
It will surprise me if I get any attention, but as I don't really need it that's fine by me.
If you feel there is something needing attention, I suggest making the first move yourself to get noticed.

I think it will depend on what happens in the next few weeks, and at present nobody knows.
Mine isn’t until August, and I shall wait and see. I had one hospital appointment today via video. I would be happy with that as I can download my Libre and pump data which we can both look at beforehand. That probably tells me more than an HbA1c. As for the rest of the checks, they may just have to wait.

I am due a 3 month one about now and am just waiting and seeing. I should have had my annual retinal screening in April but that was cancelled.

My review is a few weeks overdue, including foot check and retinal screening, but haven't heard a thing.

Well I had my Screening appointment sent out in the post and then the letter arrived cancelling it.
