Dexcom One - Daily Issue!!

Dexcom one, I have been on this system a couple of months, my phone every day around the same time, looses signal to my Dexcom one. I have no idea why, because it usually starts again. Just seems odd, has anyone else had any issues?

Ah that must be really frustrating for you @Misunderstood

My phone connection on Dexcom G6 was more forgiving that my pump connection.

I always wore my Dex on the back of my arm, and my phone was happy in the same pocket whichever arm the sensor was in, but my pump had to be on the same side as the sensor arm.

How is your phone with other Bluetooth connections (eg headphones if you use anything like that)?

Update.. I have learned to wait for the system to start working again. Or quickly turn on / then off my Bluetooth, forget about it and then it works again..
