I rang Dexcom this afternoon so I could purchase an extra sensor has I have to remove mine 4 days early due to it being in the way for surgery.
Their reply was "certainly not, we will send you another sensor free of charge."
To say I was stunned is the understatement of the year. So totally unexpected but greatfuly received.
